The Importance of Core Stability
In early days we would do off-season screening applies and do a hundred tests and have a hundred measurements. We'd sit down and work out there's probably only two or three that we can actually make any difference to. Core stability is important uh you know hamstring quad strength groin strength and control. Balance and proprioception are some of the best things that you can make changes to help with groin's lower limbs and certainly even shoulders. Even though we might have had a lot of injury we're still a damn good player so the the bottom line still is in iFOD.
