The inability to identify what we truly feel is part of a low emotion. Men can't draw down to give you those emotions, so they try to shut it down or minimize it. The most fustrating affect was our inability to be able to take on their emotion. Those are the three things that make up the low emotion like you, that we need to strengthen.
