Research shows that we can trick our brains into hacking our happy hormones and enabling us to stay motivated. For example, if you have a mountain of work to do, try making choices that will help you break that mountain down into small, manageable chunks. Studies show that people think more clearly when they give themselves breaks. Burnout is a very real and very dangerous threat to our mental health.
