The key is to be well prepared and let people help you preto prepare the information which is needed in 80% of all cases. Wittow: Buyers have more or less the same advisers on your side like the buyes. And my stuff like this can be a real mess when when it pops up only in the dudigious process, when the buyer's already involved.
