Even in the aftermath of the 2008 recession, there wasn't really a significant decline there. It's really that fact that in great, the great financial crisis that rents didn't actually, they just stalled, but they didn't even plunge. That kind of makes me believe that that's sort of like one day that minsky moment, hard landing could come from for the industry.
