Vishne: It's always rare to find the kind of person who is both in the weeds, a talented individual contributor, but also has to think strategically about company and business needs. He was with one other platform engineer serving 20 data scientists. That's pretty incredible. And then they have a slack bot that they can like, push models to production with. I've never heard of that yet. At some point,. the team has since grown to four, but two to 20 is a as yet, one platform engineer for every ten data scientists. This is cool. Like, i hope this becomes the standard as a p as opposed to like the exception.
