What Makes a Business Successful?

I think a lot of businesses are born just like that. You really listen to your consumer. That's so to i feel like that's where so many onto peners fall flat, is getting so wrapped up in defining yourself and this is what i do. But really, what does that matter if the customer doesn't respond to that? What if that wit il? Sometimes they will. And sometimes that is, you know, many times people come up with something really creative... but you have to swerve.
