I think people are going to do different things I don't think there'll be one answer and I think people will sort the people who want fully in person will do that. Even the people who thought it was a really good idea are now sort of saying like the next like 40 years sitting in my bedroom looking at a computer screen on zoom do I really want that am I really sure with some skepticism There are some people who do what I think has been the hardest is companies who are the wrong kind of hybrid where it's not like you know these four days everyone's inThese two days everyone's home whatever but it's clearly a way better experience in person.
