When we set out to do this, a lot of people said it was wrongheaded that customers didn't care who their energy company was. But actually, our view is just because no one's tried to get into care. It doesn't suit you if your business model is basically inherited a bunch of companies at privatization. And so I guess what we had to do is drive that change for everything else to work. The belief that customers can use energy differently is critical to a cheap, renewable world.
