Is There a Business Opportunity in Tokyo?

I cannot imagine that there'll be no. I mean the Japanese do love to be very very accommodating. It's very difficult for us as Westerners to just get our head around the numbers of like how few vegetarians there are here. So it's an idea that is taking off but very very slowly and probably only in urban areas like Tokyo. If you're in the countryside maybe get an onigiri at the convenience store and that's all you can get.
