Why Consciousness and Love?

When you're not designing society for high consciousness and love, you're by default designing it for low consciousness and hatred. That's what our society 's being designed towards right now. So i'm not talking about building a theocracy. I'm talking about a non ideological form of spirituality, which is the underpinning of all government and society.
