What are they looking for in terms of a chief audit executive? I think that's an important question to ask. In my case, at Caesars, the answer was we want internal audit to add more value. The second question is, you know, what's the culture of the company? It was a very strong people first culture. And if I'd gone to a company where it was just fist down, shoving stuff down folks throats, it wouldn't work.
