When you really understand what meditation is, it's just choosing to focus on one thing and focus on your breathing. You can meditate in the middle of a conversation. I know that when I get emotional, the first thing that I want to say is usually the wrong thing to say. And my little seven-year-old holds up her palm of her hand open. The five fingers are your starfish and taught me how to breathe in and breathe out.
