How to Start a Girl's Code Workshop
It started on with Martin, me. But then as soon as we talked about our idea to our colleagues in the lab, already two or three people just jumped in and they wanted to help. The first lecture we were about maybe four or five. And also here in Switzerland, it's a particular problem with languages. So at the last event, we were about 30 mentors only at the event. And we had about 30 girls and 30 mentors. In total, we are more than 50, I think, if we count all the mentors who ever participated at the workshop. It will be nice if this change at some point.
