Vladimir Putin's Speech on the Wagner Mercenary Rebellion in Moscow
Vladimir Putin is trying to calm down the situation and show actually that he is still in charge of things. The big winner in all of this seems to be Alexander Lukashenko, the Bella Russian strong man. There was no criticism or any sort of critique gets to the reaction from the security forces when that Wagner convoy was rolling towards Moscow. We've not seen any of the giddy Pragosians on Saturday when he abruptly stopped his march on Moscow and supposedly struck a deal to go into exile in Belarus.
