Maximizer is all about excellence and I love that the person I report to at our university are provost his name is Ryan. He's aware of my strengths and he's aware of what it is like if you try to tell someone who loves making just working collaborating with other people but sometimes what just needs to get done is just to check the box. Can we sort of gradually adjust our feedback such that we're making sure we have clear expectations and then that people are getting feedback on how they're meeting them? That would be fun for us to hear from you after you start experimenting with some of those things.
