Javier: Organizations are starting to become more strategic around the use of open source software. He says companies should make sure they're talking to each other about licenses and making sure that we have the skills to do that until we invest. IBM is part of a committee that will decide, you know, what open source technologies we're going to invest or know which ones we were no longer going to contribute back.
