Is Shearren Asymmetrical?

There aren't character classes in shearren. You level up, but it's your character who learns new skills. That was something at first when I first found that out about sheer and I was like, oh, that's kind of a letdown. Since items you find are random, basically the game is sort of telling you, okay, this game, try it with a far side breaker. See how that goes or this game will give you a powerful weapon on level one. We'll see how that goes. Or this is the game where you finally get the blinding witch on your side. Mm- right.
