How to Use Your Superpowers for Good

The most important thing that I've seen is that just like our children, our employees and mentees will do what we do, not what we say. So I really want to be the woke leader. But I also know that I'm a middle-aged white dude and I'm likely going to behave in not so great ways. How does a legitimately, authentically desiring leader who is demonstrating these behaviors unknowingly? Who's calling them on it?How do we set up a context internally so they can get some reflection and be called on it?
