Monotheism, I Don't Think It's Primitive at All.

The idea of monotheism arose with great difficulty across time, because there are lots of powers. And the idea that there's a power of powers was something that it wasn't easy for people to figure out. So god created man in his own image, in the image of god, created him male and female. He created males and females basically at the same time. Later we'll talk about how they both carry within them the divine stamp which is very egaletarian and very appropriate.
