The European Battle of Changes

Up until the first of January, if you sell a digital item online, like an ebook or whatever, the place of supply is ruled to be where you sold it from. So for example, I in Scotland sold you in Sweden, my book. The place of supplies ruled to be the United Kingdom. From January 1st, the European Battle of Changes means that the place ofsupply becomes Sweden. You have to register with the tax authority in every country where one of your digital products sold and file VAT returns every quarter.
