i couldn't believe how much anxiety was caused just sitting still. The more you have that experience, you really come to learn how to love those parts of you that are just really resisting showing up in the moment. i think being with self, and that's like a tricky thing, right? Being with yourself, not in the sense of like fueling the emotions that you're having. It's like, none o, no. Just be with it without feeding the fire, right? Like, don't become the emotion. Just watch it em i think that can make a huge difference in people's lives.
