Aquila reporter runs through an article he wrote for Dominic. He says it's a fascinating overture to PCA general assembly, which is not going to pass the prospataries. It would have amended one part of the BCO to read: Men who describe themselves as homosexual are disqualified from holding office in the Presbyterian Church in America. The officer's committee voted not to put it through a minority report.
