The Navy's Response to Katrina

I think we sorted 28 ships out of Navy ports to go help. I remember some angst, you know, directed to President Bush at the time. And maybe they were just upset at him for other things. But general people are overwhelmingly happy to see you. We got here when we could and we're ready to go.
