James Burke: A Suspect?

James Burke is the former chief of police in Suffolk County, New York. He has been accused of having sex with a sex worker while on duty. A damning internal affairs report from 1995 found that he had agreed to plead guilty and give up 15 sick or vacation days as part of his punishment. The county's DA knew about this past but failed to speak out against it. Now we want to sit down with him for our investigation into what happened at Oak Beach.
