I'm not letting go of that bad boy until they're on ITU. I have used an upside down Thomas tube holder before. So obviously you don't want the bite block, you know, digging into the patient's neck. And so you can put it on upside down and you can use that or definitely just holding on tight. It's pretty reasonable. 100% locks foot, tie it in and then hold on to it regardless. That is exactly what I'm doing. No, I totally agree. I think that makes sense.
