The Problems With One Account for Everything

As your organization grows, having one account for everything is just a big no-no. Your security footprint is just so large that you just cannot protect that account if something were to go wrong. By giving everyone access to one account, you're just putting everything at risk all at the same time. The blast radius of something going wrong is literally everything in the account to the maximum extent possible. So you never want that scenario.
