In north america there actually isn't very much evidence of actual mammoth hunting a lot of people think that mammoth hunting would have been a very dangerous activity. In other areas along like places like the old crow river where we work there's a lot more permafrost melting right and we're starting to hear about one of the first projects i got to work at when i started my job in 2006 2007. There was a permafrost landslide in a community called arctic red river tikajik in the north of territories and the young man sent me a photograph of this incredible bison skull and a bunch of other stuff um that had come out of the permafrost slide.
