I Want to Eat 'Intuitively'

I'm very consistent with my food but like on the weekends I don't track I love it you know I love alcohol. The weekend went out and I just was like I keep three drinks just like and limit yourself to three drinks I had a cocktail and two last champagne that was perfect and I didn't track my food still weighed the same the next day because I've tracked enough, he says. He thinks if you put the work into tracking and understanding food then you can eat intuitively. If I was to eat intuitively I'll be eating like a cheese border day but a cup of ice cream I'd love to be smashing a big wheel of beer," she adds.
