Tatiana: The first thing you should do is just make it really easy for yourself to adopt any new habit. Tat was saying, o ka, im gong to meditate for two minutes a day. And then the next day i said, i can't have a meditate to day ad. I think of wellness habits as filling a bucket, and youre filling it one drop at a time. If you just put enoh, drops in that bucket, you'l eventually be full.
