Working Out Every Day Is Better Than Working Out All Day
i used to think, if i can work out every day, then it's literally like before and after. And the old me have gone withaut anyth that's less than half the week. A more is always better in many fasets of life, but especially with exercise. If you're stressing the body to an extent that it can't actually recover from that stress, or youu're just sort of wasting your time. That's what fitness is. Your creating some kind of stress on the body and then allowing it to adapt so that the next time the body is under that stress, it's better able to deal with it.
