The Oriesa Debacle
Oriesa basically was the first day to actually privatize through PPP mode its distribution companies. The year in which they did this PPP they gave three distribution companies to BSES, Reliance later and also an American company called AES one Descom but what happened is in the same year you had the super cyclones that completely demolished the entire transmission infrastructure of coastal Oriesa. So now they're gone back to PPP now 2021-22 all the four major distribution company areas in Oriesa have goneback to PPP with Tata's playing with the role we have talked to basically CESC as well.
