How to Grow Your Demand-Gen Marketing Team
Most marketers use SDRs to qualify leads, but they don't usually use them for raw outbound. Many folks end up with two teams: a classic outbound team that reports to sales and then marketing owns its own number in leads. In the U.S., an SDR even today might be a 60-20 package, an 80K OT,. 60-base, 20 variable for setting up appointments or revenue commits. But once in a while you can find one. And it is worth hunting out these unicorns, these rare people, not valuation equivalent.
