As long as you have consistent work coming in, I think it's way more beneficial to form a corporation of some sort. Talk to a CPA or an attorney. An LLC protects you personally from any sort of lawsuit. It really makes the biggest difference once you start getting into the 60 to 100k plus a year in revenue.
