The Supreme Court's Roundup of State Standing Issues

This is one of those cases that is making me less confident in how I thought about another case. One of the key issues in the student loan case was standing and how attenuated standing was or the state agency plaintiff involved. And we have two big standing cases decided this term. As we think about those future state standing issues, these are still our predictions, but I just more trepidation.
