Water: We create a culture of silence, because it's clear to everyone that speaking up is dangerous. The problem was being pushed by leadership to do something unethical for the benefit of the organization. As we think about fargo or we really think about any big scandal recently, the problem was not trying to fraudulently defraud the company but actually undermining corporate value. And i just won't to want everyone in this conversation to just grapple with that idea that that so much of our focus is.
