How to Find Desirable Problems
There will always be problems so you want to be very careful about what kind of problems you propagate. If a problem is persistent that's an undesirable problem because it indicates that you or your team or your company is not progressing generally speaking if it's a new problem it's better than an old problem but obviously some new problems are also bad. Another favorite example of mine is during covid the transition of a lot of companies from in in person to remote and people would say things like i want a zoom account or my calendar is really full now. Those are good problems to have because that indicates that people are moving towards the remote async style of working.
