It's really the system is not working anymore. When it was mostly by its club creditors and MDBs, you could arrange your wrist scheduling,. Now that you have non-price club, you have China, you have others, you have the private sector. It's a very complex field and you need rules. Rules need to be clear and written that reduces your flexibility. But however, we're not in a period where you could have kind of a round table like round tables that are happening at a very high level over two days because of geopolitical differences and difficulties.
