The Benefits of Reiki

Reiki is one where instead of a massage, someone just sort of holds their hands over you and it's meant to be about the transferring of your life. What I realised was we have common ground in that Reiki thing overlaps with crystals and minerals. Is there a vent diagram out there? I bet there is. There's probably one of those memes where it's like geologists and crystal healers. And then there's like a shaking hands. Yeah. That could conflict resolution advice in general. Like yourself, I say, I think there's probably a lot of benefit to these things depending on your belief and their effectiveness.
