i think a lot of these thoughts originating in my head, in my brain. There's nothing wrong with thoughts at all. One of the things we need to do is not try to push those thoughts away. So i know that i don't need any one else. I have me. And that me needs to be heart centred. When i'm with another person, i can spend time with them and look into their eyes,. It's important to be able to reach each other. Let the thoughts flow, but then be heart centered.
