i wanted to spring up this concept of management tenure when you are doing due diligence on an e t f or a mutual fund. The management tenure is really the length of time that an investment manager has been basically managing the fund. And what you're really looking for is long term fund performance. We like to see five, ten 15 years to be sort of an indicator of the manager's investing ability and future success.
