I was known as the branches dead guy for quite a few years there. And I would get accosted at conferences and people would say, how dare you? The reality is that I just believe in reengineering customer experiences to optimize the experience of banking. None of that utility specifically requires the infrastructure we've built around bank branches in the past. It's not a constraint of how we do banking today.
