I Will Always Tell You the Truth
Cardinal Whirl said I will always tell you the truth. He has not to our knowledge been dishonest with regard to questions about McCarrick or McCarrick's role in the Archdiocese of Washington, he says. In as much as we can tell Gregory has not spent the last couple of years of his ministry telling untruth. But it might have been different about his press conference he had said I will not tell untruths because the question of has Gregory always told the truth is a different one, isn't it? If you want, yes it is. It was an insightful and penetrating question. Right.
