i think sharing it is one piece uh because one thing i learned is like you know if if you hold things inside and this was back to the point around if you don't that feeling is not actually going away so it's kind of like getting buried inside. therapy and talking about sort of the past and and potential things that you're dealing with today help the actual you saying the words out loud or writing them down they work in different ways is allows that to come out of your bodyso that it can be let go in some way.
