Recruiting at the Youth Level

Caitlin: For us, our rating system is essentially based on the value of a player in our program. We have 9.9 scholarship on the men's side and don't have financial aid outside of the normal Pell grants or academic gates. So we are, it's all about value. David: How much of this score is objective data that you find through technology? Caitlin: As much as you can be able to watch full 90 minute games, I'll watch an eight minute video of both positive and negative actions.
