The Four Strategies to Fight Back at an Institution
If an institution is that hell bent on it, you need to let it lurch right off the cliff and you're doing a favor by getting out, quitting, taking a good fight, seeing what happens. I wouldn't actually advise quitting or resigning. It's bold and cute and all this and you feel good about yourself. Better to make them fire you and find out whether an attorney, whether or not you have a wrongful termination suit, they hits them for it. If you go down in flames in academia, you're probably not getting another academic job until not woke academic jobs open up. These are the calculations you have to take. Prepare for the worst, whatever that means,
