Hangzhou Security Cameras - What Are They Used For?

Hangzhou has embraced security cameras and the same sort of surveillance systems that you saw in Xinjiang. The camera tends to flag out people whom the police think are a menace to society such as fugitives or if they wanted to keep watch on criminals who had just come out from jail, their faces would be in the database. These cameras can also spot a traffic accident after it happens and then flag it pretty immediately to the traffic police and first responders. It's little things like these that Hangzhou has done to really kind of embrace the technology and data collection.
