Sam hare shot and killed his friend julie kebishy on May 21. He asked Daniel to help him get out of coastamesa in a white pontiac car. The two struck a deal: Sam would give daniel the entire contents of one of his bank accounts, a sum that totaled 16 thousand dollars, if daniel would help him conceal his crime and escape.
