The title of my dissertation was, does grit self, efficacy and job satisfaction predict turnover attention amongst new nurses? Anda, when i started developing and doing literature evew for this, it was pre coved o the pandemic happened. So out of those 405 registered nurses, only 71 were working with patients or in a patient carerolso to me, that was extremely shocking.
