Companies are forced to scrutinize big variable line items on their budget that they've been doing for the past three plus years. I saw companies reallocate reallocating spend from capturing demand or performance marketing or lead gen to alternative activities. It's an interesting mindset shift that I've been talking about for two or three years but until you have the pressure, you're not going to make those changes.
